💰 Pricing & Order Adjustments
- Product prices may change without notice due to changes in production costs, new stock arrivals, promotions or sales.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Website errors (e.g., incorrect pricing or stock issues)
- Inventory discrepancies
In such cases, customers will be offered a suitable replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
🔄 Returns & Eligibility
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied for any reason.
- All returned products must be in their original, unused, and resellable condition. Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and labels. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Disassembled or physically altered
- Installed, attached, or embedded into other goods
- Returned without original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been:
- Items returned after 14 working days from the return request may be declined and sent back to the customer.
💳 Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly to your bank account.
- Processing may take up to 7 working days, with an additional 2–3 days for the funds to reflect.

🏢 Order Collection
- Orders marked for local pickup must be collected within 14 days of purchase, unless prior arrangements are made.
- Orders paid via manual EFT will be cancelled if:
- Proof of payment is not provided, and/or
- Funds do not reflect in our account.
