🚚 Delivery Information
Yes! We deliver across South Africa.
• Within Gauteng: 1–3 working days
• Other regions: 3–5 working days
Please note that free delivery does not apply for the following:
• Big or bulky items (including but not limited to large toys, furniture, play equipment, or similar oversized products)
• Bulk orders or orders for wholesale quantities
• Deliveries to remote or outlying areas that incur additional courier surcharges
• Customers will be notified of any applicable shipping fees before the order is confirmed
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused items in original packaging, in a resellable condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
