Shipping policy

🚚General information

  • We deliver nationwide via reputable local couriers.
  • Orders are delivered to the physical address provided by the customer, not the individual. If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be accepted by someone else at the location (e.g., security, reception).
  • A telephone or mobile number is required for courier contact during delivery hours.
  • Delivery timeframe: 1 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
  • Only items dispatched in error will be collected by Missing Link Education.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, Standard shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
  • IMPORTANT: During peak periods, such as Christmas, Holidays or During Promotional Events, courier services may experience delays beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some orders may take longer to arrive than usual.

 

🎁 Free delivery

  • Free delivery is only available to orders done via our online stores that meet or exceed a value of R1500 including VAT.

 

 💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are a flat rate of R150 nationwide for orders under R1500.
  • Orders over R1500 will qualify for free delivery.
  • Please note that free delivery does not apply for the following:
    • Big or bulky items (including but not limited to large toys, furniture, play equipment, or similar oversized products)
    • Bulk orders or orders for wholesale quantities
    • Deliveries to remote or outlying areas that incur additional courier surcharges
  • Customers will be notified of any applicable shipping fees before the order is confirmed

 

⚠️ Liability & Risk

    • Missing Link Education is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
    • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are dispatched from the warehouse.
    • Customers are advised to inspect goods before signing for delivery
