     Pricing:

• Price adjustments may take place at any time. This may be due to new shipments arriving at a higher price.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a technical issue on our website, such as items being out of stock, inventory errors, or pricing errors. In such a case, the customer will be offered a suggested replacement, store credit, or a refund.

      Damages and faults:

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assist in resolving the problem.

      Returns:

• If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to Missing Link Education within 30 days from delivery date. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item within 7 working days from the arrival of the goods at our warehouse.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

• Products will not be eligible for return if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property.
• Products removed from and returned without packaging will not be refunded as they are rendered as unsuitable for re-sale.
• Please note that items arriving after the 14-working day return deadline may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

      Refunds:

• Refunds are done via EFT payment direct to the customer. This may take up to 7 working days to process and another 2-3 days to reflect in the customers account.

     Order Collections:

• Local pick up orders must be collected within two weeks of order being placed, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Orders that are paid with the manual EFT option will be cancelled if proof of payment is not sent and/or funds do not reflect in our bank account.
